### 🔁 Return Window

* We offer a **2-day return policy** from the date of delivery.

* Returns are accepted only if the request is made **within 48 hours** of receiving the product.

### ✅ Eligible Return Conditions

* Product must be **unused**, **unwashed**, and in **original condition** with all tags and packaging.

* Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.

* Product image/video may be required for return approval.

### ❌ Non-Returnable Items

* Innerwear, personal wear, or custom-stitched items are not eligible for return.

* Products returned after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

### 🚚 Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Meesho support **within 2 days** of delivery.

2. Share order details and a clear reason for return.

3. Our team will verify and arrange reverse pickup (if applicable).

4. Refund or replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

### 💸 Refund Policy

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method or Meesho wallet.

* COD orders may receive refunds as Meesho wallet balance or UPI transfer.
